I am a visiting doctoral intern at Abdel-Mawgoud Synthetic Biology Lab (AMSBL). I will conduct intensive analytical work as part of the practical experimentations of my doctoral research project under the title « Factors affecting the production of bioactive secondary metabolites in oils of certain medicinal plants ». Specifically, I will harness the advanced technical expertise of AMSBL in deep molecular analysis of microbial small molecules, lipids and lipidomes so that to apply them in the biochemical profiling of plant oils collected and studied in my doctoral project.
