We are so sad to see you leaving the lab ! 

We hope you all success in your next phase of life on both the professional and personal level. We are also certain that we will keep in contact being one of the alumni of this lab.

The purpose of this form is to help you organize your ideas while preparing to leave the lab. Here you will find a checklist for thing to do towards your lab, office and online spaces.

Instructions for filling the lab check out form:

1. It is a good idea to print this form so that you can use it as a checklist while preparing to leave.
2. When ready, please fill this form while leaving prefilled/preselected items as such.
3. As a rule of thumb, before getting rid of any remaining materials in your stocks, check with your colleagues if they might need them or if it might be useful to the lab to avoid wasting money without necessity.
4. Please forward the email titled "Consentement / Consent of Lab Check Out Form", that you will receive in your inbox once you submit this form, to the email of Dr Ahmad Saleh (ahmad.saleh@abdel-mawgoud.com) to confirm the information of given in this form.
